First I chose the filter for light & shadow and use the supernova which added starburst to the points of the raindrop. I could adjust the ratio and color of the burst. I then chose, under filter, light & shadow, lighting effects; light 3. This alowed me to choose the type of light in the upper left hand corner-a lot of flexibility with the type and size of light, again the color option, and rays of light to shine. After the details, I then again used the dodge and burn tool to darken the background for my filtered raindrop.
