This picture was taken down the road from where I live. I first cropped the photo to focus on the important parts of the picture using the rule of thirds. I then used the brightness, contrast, and saturation tool in order to get the desired colors.
I then used the artistic tool to oilify the picture...slightly.
Nicely done! I like that you cropped the photo to bring the focus in and the colors are great.
